Printing Out the Documents - OPTION 1 (easiest)

If you have Adobe Acrobat:

1. Click on the following document:   Online Packet (updated 6/08)
2. Print the document,
3. Read the information and then...
4. Complete and return ALL forms to your Head Coach. 

Note:  If you don't have Acrobat, you can download/install it FREE from Adobe's website.

2. Print out  the document,
3. Read the information and then...
4. Complete and return ALL forms to your Head Coach.
